We are a small shop. We ship our products out of a distribution warehouse located in Sheffield Lake, Ohio. We ship most of our products via Priority Mail(USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions, and are not subject to any special offers..
Charges are calculated before taxes.

You will recieve a shipping confirmation via email, which includes a UPS tracking number, unless your order was shipped Priority Mail. If your order was shipped Priority Mail, you will NOT receive a tracking number with your email.
All orders are subject to verification. In stock items ship within 3 business days of verification, and should arrive to your shipping address within 5-7 business days of shipment. If you use the expedited shipment option, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment.
When shipping out of the U.S., you can expect your order within 7-10 business days of your shipment.
Back ordered items:
If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and
charged as the merchandise is shipped. All backordered items ship out via Standard Priority Mail Delivery.
If you do not receive your order in 10 days of receiving your confirmation e-mail, feel free to
contact us and we will respond to you within 2 business days.
Returns
If you would like to exchange or return an item you ordered, please follow the steps below. Your return
will be processed wthin 5 to 10 days of receipt of the goods you ordered.
To receive your refund, it is important that you ship your return back to Allure Inside Out within 30 days of receiving your order, in new condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels. Allure Inside Out will not accept any returns shipped after the 30 day period, or if the item(s) are soiled and/or have been worn.
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
- Secure all goods to be returned along with a copy of your invoice.
- Fill out the returns form on the back of your invoice or enclose a note explaining the reason for return.
- Use the return label included on your invoice or print the label as instructed below.
- Return the package via a postal carrier of your choice.
- Fill out the returns form on the back of your invoice or enclose a note explaining the reason for return.
Important Note
We cannot refund your original shipping charges unless the product is deemed defective or there was a
mistake in fulfilling your order.
